Apex court: Tension Rises in Taraba as PDP know fate

A flyer showing people.

More pressure in Taraba State as the people of the State and members of the People Democratic Party (PDP) anticipate the Judgment of the party’s gubernatorial candidate at the apex court.

The judgment is slated to be pronounced today by the Supreme Court.

It should be recalled that a few days ago, the apex court nullified the state governorship primary election, which the All Progressives Congress conducted APC.

Jerome Nyameh, one of the PDP Governorship candidates, had approached the Supreme Court after his suit against PDP gubernatorial candidate, Kefas Agbu, was voided by the court of appeal.

According to him, the aspirant presided over the screening of aspirants contesting for different elective offices on the party’s platform.
