The Presidential Election Petition Court has merge the petitions of Atiku Abubakar of PDP and Peter Obi of Labour party.
The panel announced it’s decison to merge the petitions into one on Tuesday when Mr Obi’s petition was called.
Justice Haruna Tsammani who read the pre-hearing report held that the hearing of the petitions would commence on May 30, 2023.
He noted that written addresses will be adopted on August 5,2023 and judgemt will be delivered there after.
