The three-member panel of justices at the Court of Appeal in Abuja unanimously invalidated the election of Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf of Kano State.
The judgement on Friday held that Governor Yusuf was not a legitimate candidate in the gubernatorial election conducted on March 18 in the state.
