The president-elect, Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressive Congress, APC, has been granted access to inspect the sensitive materials that were used in the Just concluded general election.
Tinubu was granted access in an order made by the court of appeal in Abuja on Wednesday.
The Jurist on Tuesday had reported that the president-elect through his lawyers, Mr Akintola Makinde had prayed the appellate court to give a directive to INEC to enable him access to inspect the sensitive materials that were used during the February 25, presidential election. A three-member panel of the court on Wednesday, granted the application by Tinubu, in a motion ex-parte filed by Tinubu’s lawyer.
