Magistrate C. N Ezerioha at a magistrate Court in Owerri, Imo State, remanded the former deputy governor of Imo state, Gerald Irona, in Owerri correctional centre on Thursday.
Ezerioha, who presided on the case gave the order after hearing the submission of both the prosecution counsel and the defence counsel.
She added that the court doesn’t have the power to hear such matters.
