The Court of Appeal in Abuja has on Monday reserved judgement in an appeal filed by Mr. Ademola Adeleke of the People`s Democratic Party (PDP).
The appeal court held that a later date for the judgement will be communicated to parties in the matter
A three-member panel of the Appellate court led by Justice M. F. Shuaibu reserved judgement after listening to counsel in the matter.
The appeal by Adeleke is marked: CA/AK/EPT/GOV/01/2023 against a judgement of the tribunal which invalidated his election as governor of Osun.

In the suit, Adeleke is the appellant, Oyetola, the All Progressives Congress (APC), The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), and the PDP are the respondents in the appeal.
Oyetola had approached the tribunal alleging that the election was characterised by over-voting in 749 polling units.
He also accused Adeleke of forging his academic credentials submitted to NEC to contest for the election.
