The Supreme Court has dismissed the suit by the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) seeking to stop the inauguration of Tinubu and shettima from the 2023 presidential election.
Delivering judgement, the apex court on Friday held that the PDP’S Suit was grossly lacking in merit and dismissed it.
The court also slammed a N2 million fine on PDP for interfering on APC’s internal affairs.
