The Nigerian Supreme Court has on Thursday dismissed a plea by Abubakar Atiku to file fresh evidence.
Atiku, the presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party sought to file fresh evidence against president Bola Tinubu.
He had petitioned the court to admit evidence derived from President Tinubu’s academic records from the Chicago State University.
However, a seven member panel of the apex court led by Justice Inyang Okoro turned down Atiku’s request.
