The Court of Appeal has declared the governorship election held in Zamfara State on March 18, inconclusive.
The three-member panel led by Justice Oyebisi Folayemi, nullified the return of Governor Dauda Lawal of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The appellate court on Thursday ordered INEC to conduct fresh election in Maradun, Birnin-Magaji and Bukkuyum LGA’s.
