Justice Inyang Ekwo of the Federal High Court in Abuja has adjourned the trial of the immediate past governor of Anambra State, Willie Obiano.
The court on Monday adjourned the trial to Thursday, March 7,2024.
Recall In February, the court granted Obiano bail and imposed restrictions within the court’s jurisdiction.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission was instructed to deposit the defendant’s travel documents with the court registrar.
Ekwo then directed the registrar to notify the Nigerian Immigration Service of the update.
