Hadi Sirika, a former Minister of Aviation on Thursday was granted bail of N100 million naira in fraud-related charges brought against him and others by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
The court also granted bail to his daughter, Fatima, and son-in-law, Jalal Hamma, in the same amount.
However, they will be remanded at the Nigeria Correctional Service if they do not meet the conditions set by the court.
The trio were arraigned before Justice Sylvanus Oriji of the FCT High Court however, pleaded not guilty to the charges proffered against them.
